  • Fee: 5% of average salary (paid at request)

  • Guarantee: Candidate submitted within 30 days who can take an interview

  • Focus: Cost-effective sourcing — we stop at the interview stage so you save on full-service fees

2️⃣ Full Sourcing as a Service – Pay on Request

  • Fee: 10% of average salary (paid at request)

  • Guarantee: Candidate submitted within 30 days + 30-day post-joining guarantee

  • Focus: Extra assurance with continued support after hire

3️⃣ Full Sourcing as a Service – Pay on Hire

  • Fee: 15% of actual salary (paid on start date)

  • Guarantee: 30-day post-joining guarantee

Yes — all plans are annual (12-month) commitments, allowing you to spread hiring support across the year and lock in predictable, lower costs compared to per-hire fees.

Yes — we can integrate with or work alongside your existing ATS, or provide a lightweight tracking solution if you don’t have one.

Once you sign the contract and schedule your intake meeting within 48 hours. This means your first job posting, candidate coordination, and reporting can start almost immediately — so you don’t lose momentum.

You cannot upgrade from the Launch Plan to the Growth Plan mid-term.

However, if you start with the Growth Plan ($899/month) and want the flexibility to upgrade to the Scale Plan mid-year, you can choose our Optional Upgrade Eligibility at the start.

Here’s how it works:

  • With the upgrade option, your monthly fee becomes $1,150 from the start (25% premium).

  • At the 6-month mark, if you choose to upgrade, your remaining months will be billed at $1,899/month instead of the standard $1,499.

This way, you lock in the right to scale your hiring capacity mid-term without renegotiating your contract.
